Promotion ONE accepts files by e-mail, FTP, and disc. Our art department is able to receive files from any of the following programs.
When submitting files make sure you include all fonts and photos in your artwork. This ensures the best quality reproduction and output. If you have artwork that was not created in one of these programs, please contact us to discuss an alternative solution. |

To send files via our FTP site, place all files in a folder including all fonts and photos used to make the artwork. Then zip or stuff the folder. This should be a .zip or .sit file. Once complete go to the submit artwork link and follow the directions to the FTP site. Also fax (419.289.3390) a hard copy along with your order to ensure proper use of your artwork. |
